We take pride in delivering premium quality spices. Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
   
• You received the wrong item.
   

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will review and respond promptly.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
